Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms were modern and spacious, sadly, the peace was disrupted by a troublesome guest causing disturbance late at night. The loud slamming and screaming tested my patience until the intervention of the hotel manager. The hotel's prime location near Brickell Bay and the practical Metromover access were definite advantages, but the worn-out appearance of some parts was a downside. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The dining experience left much to be desired, with overpriced options and long waiting times for breakfast. Despite the challenges, I appreciated the efforts of the staff and the convenient facilities available during my stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were super clean with a balcony offering a nice view of the water, although it wasn't exactly as advertised online for the price. The service was excellent, especially from Dutsi, who was welcoming and friendly. The location was beautiful and relaxing, with easy access to South Beach and the city, but there were some issues that prevented a perfect rating. The dining options were a bit limited, although the $15 all-you-can-eat buffet was a nice touch.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small and outdated, but surprisingly comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. However, the inconvenience of using separate elevators to reach the room, situated below the check-in desk, was a drawback. The location was great, with city views and close proximity to MetroMover and restaurants.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms with amazing views and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the price was a bit steep for a three-night stay. The service exceeded my expectations with kind and efficient staff willing to assist. The location was perfect in the heart of the city, offering a wonderful view. The dining experience was lovely, although a bit pricey. Overall, it was a solid hotel with great amenities.
The hotel offers awesome rooms with great views and spacious layout, but the dining experience can be slow and somewhat limited. The service is top-notch with excellent assistance from staff, although a few areas need improvement. The location is very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Although the rooms were small and slightly smelly, the views of the bay were fantastic. The service was outstanding, even though we weren't official guests. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, and the balcony seating area had breathtaking views. The dining was a bit pricey but good. The facilities were decent, with a great outdoor seating area and beautiful bay views.
